This course explains what high energy visible light (HEV) is, why it presents a danger to the macula, and how it affects Age Related Macular Degeneration. The course also discusses some concerns regarding exposure to these dangerous wavelengths and suggestions to avoid complications from, ultraviolet light and HEV.
